5th TINGUINHA BJJ IN HOUSE TOURNAMENT

The Tinguinha BJJ Academy has the pleasure to announce it's 5th In House Tournament, taking place at The Tinguinha BJJ Academy, Sunday- June 27th. It will be a Gi/Kimono Tournament and it will be open to ALL rank levels. It will be the first In House Tournament at our New and bigger location and we are glad to welcome everyone to this TBJJ event. This would be a great opportunity for students to get competition experience in a friendly enviroment and without the pressure of a big tournament's setting. Tournament's fights will be available for public viewing for FREE, later in the day at the TBJJ.TV online training website, who will be sponsoring this event.

Tournament Starts: 10:00am

Participation: Open for everybody

SATURDAY,JUNE 26th- 10:00am to 1:30pm
SUNDAY, JUNE 27th- 8:30am to 9:30am

Tournament Rules:

- Bent knee locks, bicep locks, heel hooks, cervical locks, scissor takedowns and slamming WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Competitors will be disqualified if any of those techniques are used.

- Guillotine, neck cranks or any type of foot locks WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in the kids division.

- Leg locks or toe holds WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in the white, blue and purple belts divisions. Only straight foot locks are permitted.

- All competitors must wear a clean Gi.

- Male competitors are not allowed to wear T-shirts, rashguards and etc... underneath the Gi/Kimono, wrestling shoes and head gears WILL NOT BE PERMITTED as well. (rashguards are only allowed for women)

- Competitors should arrive 30 min. prior to their match.

- This will be a single elimination tournament

- The referees will reserve the right to stop a submission of any kind if the competitor is in danger; specially in the kids division; we intend to make sure all competitors are safe, it is always better to stop early than too late.
